What is the lease terms ?

We offer flexible lease terms starting from 1 months all the way to 12 months.

We have a standard deposit which is equal to one month's rent.

Can I see the house ?

Yes, we have a virtual tour where you can tour the actual apartment.

But the best way is the schedule self tour and see it in person

Do you screen applicants?

Yes. Will do a full background check as well as a credit check.

What is the ratio of bathrooms per apartment?

We have many rooms that have ensuite bathrooms, but for our rooms without a dedicated bathroom, we typically have 2 people to a bathroom.

All of our homes have bi-weekly cleaning included in the rent, so even when you do share a bathroom with another suitemate, you don’t have to stress over those arguments about whose turn it was to clean.

What is the application process like?

The application process is quite easy and can all be handled online, or in-person if you’re local. First you fill out the application form on our site and chat with one of our home specialists.

Then if you’re local to the area, you can go for an in-person tour, or if you’re remote, we can tour with you virtually. At that time, you can reserve the room while we conduct a background check, and if everything checks out, you sign your lease.
